How does Vigamed (Phentolamine Mesylate) work:
Vigamed (Phentolamine Mesylate) is used to treat sexual dysfunction symptoms such as impotence, and ejaculatory failures. Two physiological systems, the sympathetic and the parasympathetic, play a role in sexual response. Vigamed controls the erection process through the body's sympathetic system allowing blood to flow into the penis to form an erection.
Dosage & Administration:
The dose is usually 1 tablet taken 20 minutes before sexual intercourse for the best results.

Precautions:
Tell your physician if you have allergies to any other medication or substances, if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Tobacco, alcohol, and certain food substances may interact with Vigamed. Tell your physician if you have a history of heart disease or over 50 years old, or have any eye conditions, high blood pressure, diabetes, coronary artery disease, kidney or liver problems.
